2011 Gibson Custom Shop '55 Hot-Mod Les Paul Goldtop Exclusive Series, in as virtually new condition. A seriously cool limited run from the minds of the Gibson Custom Shop, with a superb concept. The idea of the '55 Exclusive Series was to celebrate Gibson's "Year Of Innovation" - imitating pre-'57 Les Pauls if they had been modified in this era to emulate features of later 50's Les Pauls.

This stunning Goldtop features a fantastic neck profile, modelled after a particular neck with a “magical feel.” Soft-shouldered, while retaining the depth of a normal '55 profile - just with gentler sloping on the sides for comfort. Rosewood fret-board. Original BurstBucker pickups and wraparound bridge. Long tenon Mahogany neck and body with a Maple top featuring an off-centre seam. An absolutely killer player, based around a fantastic concept.
